At the same time, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of Malaysia, including but not limited to the Companies Act 2016 of Malaysia, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 and the Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2012, we carry out e-commerce operations in Malaysia in a compliant manner, and fulfill the relevant obligations of business registration, tax declaration and data protection[superscript:6][superscript:7].
2. Scope of Business and Compliance Commitment
Our core business is the operation of an e-commerce independent website in Malaysia, mainly engaged in the sale of beauty and skincare products under the brand "Rosemary Beauty". We strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations of Hong Kong, China and Malaysia in the course of business operations, and commit to the following:

Comply with the relevant regulations on product compliance in Malaysia, ensure that the sold beauty and skincare products meet the local quality standards and labeling requirements, and do not sell counterfeit, shoddy or prohibited products.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to Rosemary Beauty, including but not limited to the brand trademark "Rosemary Beauty", the design of the independent website, product images, text content, logos and other intellectual property rights, are owned by our company or have obtained legal authorization. Without the prior written permission of our company, no unit or individual may reproduce, distribute, disseminate, modify or use the above intellectual property rights in any form, otherwise we will reserve the right to pursue their legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.
