Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Rosemary Beauty. We are dedicated to providing our customers with efficient, reliable, and transparent shipping services throughout Malaysia. We kindly request you to review the following shipping policy carefully prior to placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

Rosemary Beauty offers shipping services to all regions within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan. Please be advised that additional shipping fees may apply to remote areas, and we will notify you in advance if this is the case.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We collaborate with reputable local logistics partners (including GDEX, J&T Express, and Pos Malaysia) to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. The estimated delivery timeframe is outlined below:
  • Peninsular Malaysia: 1-3 working days from the date of order confirmation and dispatch
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation and dispatch
  • Labuan: 3-4 working days from the date of order confirmation and dispatch
Note: The delivery timeframe provided is an estimate only and may be subject to delays due to public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or high order volumes. Should any delays occur, we will promptly inform you of the updated status.

3. Shipping Fees

Rosemary Beauty provides free shipping to all regions across Malaysia. For special items that are large, heavy, or oversized, additional shipping fees may be incurred. The specific amount will be clearly displayed on your checkout page, and you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon receipt of the goods.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days upon confirmation of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, which can be used to check the delivery status on our official website or the logistics partner’s website.

5. Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch of your order, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS. You may enter this tracking number in the "Order Tracking" section of our website to check the real-time delivery status of your package.

6. Undelivered Orders

In the event of delivery failure due to an incorrect shipping address, uncontactable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the logistics partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You may contact our customer service team to arrange for re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply) or to request a refund (excluding the original shipping fee).
